I need to import data files in the system

You can import data into Regla by simply importing files.

This function is used e.g. when data is being entered into Regla from other systems.

The most frequently imported data are customer records, products, inventory, barcodes, etc.

Templates available under Manuals and settings can be used for importing into Regla, but it is also possible to build your own Excel document.

ATTENTION! It is very important to enter the data correctly into the templates and save them on the computer, before the file is read in.

Under Management / Maintenance of files / Import files, different data import options are offered in CSV format.

You can easily convert an Excel file to a CSV file, by opening the Excel file and saving it as a CSV file.

This is done in Excel by clicking on "File / Save As" and under that select CSV in the window "Save as type".
